Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the RefineDoc website, services, or software ("Service"), you signify that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by this Terms of Service Agreement ("Agreement") and to the limited collection and use of your account information as set forth in the RefineDoc Privacy Policy. RefineDoc never uploads or stores your files on any server.
RefineDoc reserves the right to make unilateral modifications to these terms and will provide notice of these changes as described below. This Agreement applies to all visitors, users, and others who access the Service ("Users").
User Obligations & Local Processing
To use our Service, you must provide accurate and complete information. You are solely responsible for the activity that occurs on your account, and you must keep your account password secure. Because RefineDoc processes all files locally in your browser, you are responsible for backing up your own data – we do not store or retain copies of your documents.
- You may not use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.
- You must not modify, adapt or hack the Service or modify another website so as to falsely imply that it is associated with RefineDoc.
- You agree not to reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell or exploit any portion of the Service without express written permission.
Pro Subscriptions & Cancellations

The Service is billed on a subscription basis. You will be billed in advance on a recurring and periodic basis (Monthly or Annually).
cancel Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. All fees are non-refundable unless required by law.
Limitation of Liability
Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights.
