Jellyfish Rush itself does not collect any personal data. However, our advertising partners (Unity LevelPlay, Unity Ads, Google AdMob, ironSource, Meta Audience Network, etc.) may collect the following types of data to serve and measure ads:

• Device identifiers – such as IDFA and advertising IDs.
• Coarse location – country/region derived from IP address.
• Usage data – ad interactions, session events, and in‑app actions.
• Network information – device model, OS version, carrier, connection type.

This data is used solely for ad targeting and performance measurement. We do not combine this data with any personal information you might provide elsewhere.

The data collected by our ad partners helps us:

Jellyfish Rush uses Unity LevelPlay Mediation to serve advertisements. This mediation layer aggregates multiple ad networks, including but not limited to:

Data collected by ad SDKs is stored and processed by the respective third‑party providers in accordance with their security standards. Jellyfish Rush does not store this data on our own servers. All data transmission is encrypted where possible.

You have control over how your data is used for advertising:

• App Tracking Transparency (ATT): On iOS, Jellyfish Rush will request your permission to track your activity across apps and websites. You can grant or deny this permission at any time via Settings → Privacy → Tracking on your device.
• Limit Ad Tracking: You can enable “Limit Ad Tracking” in your iOS settings to disable personalized ads (non‑personalized ads may still be shown).
• Reset Advertising Identifier: You can reset your IDFA at any time in iOS settings, which will generate a new random identifier.

If you do not grant tracking permission, you will still see ads, but they may be less relevant to you.

Jellyfish Rush is suitable for all ages. We do not knowingly collect any personal information from children under 13. Our ad partners also comply with the Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA) and GDPR‑K. If you believe we have inadvertently collected such data, please contact us and we will delete it promptly.

We may update this privacy policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. We encourage you to review this policy periodically.
